In order to paint a beautiful portrait you need a clean fresh canvas. The same applies to makeup. In order to have a smashing dazzling painted face, you’ll need an equally good make up base to do so.
My choice of makeup base is none other than Christian Dior’s DiorSnow Sublissime UV Ultimate Whitening UV Base SPF50. This advanced formula base is basically a daytime shield you need for your face and neck because we all know how harmful the UV rays and all the potential damages the sun could do to our skin and face.
The fantastic thing about this base is that it offers high protection up to SPF 50 against the harmful UV rays. The smell of this product is very Christian Dior-like which I am almost certain the same with all the other skincare range. It is this pleasant distinctive smell almost similar to a lipstick’s smell.
That aside, the UV base gives comfortable and refined makeup primer action leaving skin non-sticky and absolutely a breeze to apply makeup on. It leaves a smooth, semi-matte base ready for makeup.
It also brightens up and even out the skin tone almost instantly while leaving skin moisturized and luminous at once.
